1. Frequency and logistics. You will join from wherever is convenient to you as we meet twice a month via Zoom with a quarterly in-person gathering. Each session will be an hour long with a topic on hand to learn, discuss, and apply to our lives. Each member will be able to share their journey of victories and losses with the group as we grow and apply ourselves to what our Lord has given us.

2. Group accountability is centered on building up, not tearing down – we push each other to the heights, not to the ground. We journey together and encourage along the way. That accountability leads to a deepening of relationships and a furthering of our goals.

3. Bring your best and commit. Mastermind groups are at their best when the people in it do. Whatever your experience and skillset, lend them to the group by helping to solve problems with your input and participation. Commit to showing up and bring your best each session.

4. Knuclehead Clause. If you're going to pick fights or be a disturbance, I'll act as the ref and eject you without a refund. We want to be fair to everyone but if you're a knucklehead, we'll call it out.
