Ready, Aim, Fire.

It’s new series time. What I enjoy about The Climb is that I can workshop ideas here and explore out deep work concepts that I want to build off of. For example, I laid out The Righteous Way a bit back, a line of priorities for leaders to consider in pursuit of setting their lives in order. I’m currently building a mastermind structure and a book off that concept. Spoiler alert.

The next of these concepts will be built towards the next “who” of what Righteous Co. will serve – the first of which is Iron Ore for men, the next is shaping up with Fire., a direction of Righteous Co. to support ministry leaders. I’ve been blessed with twenty-one years of seeing ministry from a lot of angles of leadership. Successes, failures. Over 150 retreats, and generations of seeing youth through from middle school to marriage. This is a strength. And an upcoming pillar to work from.

You may not know this but I had dedicated Righteous Co. to the Holy Spirit a while back. The Righteous in the name is sourced with a trust in that Holy Flame, the Lord the Giver of Life. So as Iron Ore is to men, Fire. is to ministry. This next series will lay out how to build a thriving ministry organizationally.

This isn’t just for people who have committed their labor full-time but for even the lay leader answering the call of Matthew 28, “to make disciples of all nations.” That’s not someone else’s job, that’s ours, that’s yours. Jesus didn’t say, “wait for someone else to come and do it,” as the readings from today came earlier in Luke, there is a great need for workers in the vineyard.

So as someone who subscribes to Dream, Do, and be Righteous – the call of arms is for you to start considering how you can get in the game and make a difference – believe me, you can as an instrument of the Lord.

So get ready. Aim. Fire.
