Who ordered the turkey? We welcomed our fourth born this week with Levi Robert Jarosz tipping the scales at 10.7lbs the day after Wyatt’s fifth birthday.

Jokes aside, mommy and baby are doing great. Coffee intake has increased greatly. Earning those greys.

This was a departure from our usual birthing as we opted for a homebirth this time. I’m still processing the experience and will likely write more about that another time— all around, a net positive experience.

Just a brief: it’s crazy, but man I’m here for it. I remember a meme Ani sent me when we had Kateri “1 kid is 1 kid. 2 kids is 2 kids. Three kids is 9473837 kids, 8 hurricanes, & a donkey.” Yes, for a bit. Until you exponent that with 4 kids six and under. But I look at our family huddled together and it’s all worth it.

I’ll have a more intelligent response to all of this later but for now, I’m just going to embrace the loopy fatigue and have fun with it.
